She's sweet, knowledgeable, but the most exceptional quality that stood out since we have been working with her the past few months was her thorough communication. Every step of the way, she explains in detail why it's happening/what we need to do/ how do we do it. She helped us with making sure the house is in good condition like what needs to be repaired, etc. This part showed us she is more than exceptional at her job finding a tenant. She goes above and beyond with marketing the place and showing its good qualities. She used her resources to make sure a good tenant was found (we've had troubled tenants in the past.)
